  If you remember what a hardware store was 20+ years ago, before the big box orange and blue places came into existence, then this is the place for you. Yes, it is a throw back, but in the best ways possible because of customer service. What you won't find is pressure to sign up for a credit card with every checkout, nor will you hear super nanny messages of the store radio about keeping young kids in check. So slow down and accept this is a real hardware store that values quality of quantity. Yes, you possibly will pay a touch more, but that difference is in value of having your exact needs met, and listened to. Bonus is that absence of feeling like you are a sheep rushed into check out.
