  My biggest gripe is EVERY single time I go in there no one knows or has any grasp for any of the promotions that their company is running. I mean from sales , trade in promos , etc. I always have to either try and educate them on what is showing online regarding the specific promo or finally give up a leave out of frustration. I want to support my local neighborhood game story but Best Buy and Amazon are a leaps and bounds easier to buy from. I’ve spent over $600 w/ this store in the last few months, but not anymore.
