I've never written a review before, but I have to say a huge thank you to Joyfolie for going above and beyond to make my daughter's first Father Daughter dance a huge success. Being a single dad, it can be difficult to find the right dress for my princess, especially when I make the mistake of shopping at the last minute. Not only did Lizzy recommend a few great options, but she made sure my Bianca would get her new dress in time for the dance. Thank you Joyfolie, and thank YOU Lizzy!

Terrible service. Ordered and received a girls sweater tunic. Upon opening on Christmas the sweater's neckline was unraveling. Emailed customer service, never received a reply. Tried the customer service "chat" on their website and they also were unable to help and said to await an email. Still waiting! Cute stuff but no quality assurance or customer service. Calling it a loss at this point. Should have checked the BBB first.
